Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at The West Mule Co. Our goal is to ensure your total satisfaction with your shopping experience.  If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns and Exchanges
You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) should be in new, unworn condition.

To initiate a return or exchange, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page, or email and we will walk you through the steps needed to return or exchange an item(s). Once you have contacted us to initiate the return or exchange, please package the item(s) in the original packaging with the packing slip included in your shipment, so we can match your returned merchandise with your order upon receipt.

For shipping errors or damaged items, we gladly cover the cost of your return shipping, and will generate a shipping label for you to take to USPS when you initiate the process.

For exchanges or returns due to fit, style or changes of heart, simply reach out to us to let us know, then ship the items back to us from any USPS location to the below address:

Refunds and Store Credit
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect the shipment and process your refund, exchange or store credit.

Damaged items or errors on our part
For damaged items or errors on our part, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method in the full amount of the item. Refunds take 5 – 10 days to post to your credit card account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Returns due to fit, style or changes in heart
For returns due to fit, style or changes in heart, we will gladly issue you a store credit to be used at any time over the next 12 months, less the original shipping amount.


For size exchanges, once we receive your items, we will gladly send out a different size. Where we don’t cover the cost of your return shipping label in this case, we happily offer free shipping on sending you the exchanged size.
